Re: Multiple Assistance Center (MAC)

Dear Members of the Board:

The League of Women Voters of Humboldt County would like to voice its support for the Multiple Assistance Center (MAC).

The League helped to establish the Coalition for Transitional Housing and participated in the Humboldt Homeless Initiative which brought city, county and community together, seeking a permanent solution for homelessness. League members also participated in planning the many public meetings at which community members were encouraged to express their ideas and concerns.
